Malta Updates Guidelines on Consolidated Group (Income Tax) Rules with Technical Clarifications — Orbitax Tax News & Alerts
Malta's Commissioner for Revenue issued a notice on 19 February 2021 regarding an update to the Guidelines in relation to the Consolidated Group (Income Tax) Rules. This includes clarifications for Rule 6(2) regarding the rate of income tax applied to the chargeable income of the principal taxpayer and Rule 11 regarding consolidated audited accounts.
