Polish Parliament Approves Pending Protocols to Tax Treaties with Malta and the Netherlands — Orbitax Tax News & Alerts
On 29 October 2021, the Polish Senat (upper house of parliament) approved the laws for the ratification of the pending protocols to the 1994 tax treaty with Malta and the 2002 tax treaty with the Netherlands. The laws were approved by the Polish Sejm (lower house) on 14 October 2021.
