Romania to Negotiate Amending Protocols to Tax Treaties with Luxembourg, Malta, and Sri Lanka — Orbitax Tax News & Alerts
On 24 June 2021, the Romanian government authorized the negotiation and signing of amending protocols to the 1993 tax treaty with Luxembourg, the 1995 tax treaty with Malta, and the 1984 tax treaty with Sri Lanka.
