Protocol to Tax Treaty between Malta and Barbados has Entered into Force

The protocol amending the exchange of information article of the tax treaty between Malta and Barbados entered into force on 30 April 2014. The amendments brings the exchange of information article of the treaty in line with OECD standards.

The protocol applies for information requests made on or after the date of its entry into force.
