AG Opinion Recommends the CJEU to Set Aside the EU General Court's Annulment of Commission State Aid Decision on Belgium Tax Rulings

On 3 December 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) issued a press release on the opinion issued by Advocate General (AG) Juliane Kokott in Case C-337/19 P, Commission v Belgium and Magnetrol International NV.
