The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has announced a consultation on the administrative approach to granting exemptions from Public Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting. Australia's Public CbC reporting obligations apply for reporting periods commencing on or after 1 July 2024, unless an exemption has been granted.
