Afghanistan and Turkey Continue Tax Treaty Negotiations

Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced that the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty with Afghanistan was held 10 to 12 April 2019, with agreement reached on most aspects of the treaty. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
