By virtue of a press release of 22 February 2008, the Dutch Ministry Finance announced that the agreement on exchange of information with Jersey, signed on 20 June 2007, will enter into force and apply to criminal tax cases from 1 March 2008. For other tax matters and tax claims, it will apply to periods starting on or after 1 March 2008.
