According to an update from the OECD, Albania and Cameroon signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 11 March 2024 and 25 January 2024, respectively. Cameroon's CbC reporting requirements apply for MNE groups meeting a consolidated group revenue threshold of at least CFAF (XAF) 492,000,000,000. Albania has not yet implemented CbC reporting requirements but is committed to as an Inclusive Framework member.
