Amending Protocol to treaty between France and Argentina enters into force

The amending protocol to the income and capital tax treaty and protocol of 4 April 1979 between France and Argentina entered into force on 1 October 2007. The Protocol to the treaty generally applies from 1 January 2008. France gave notification of the entry into force of the Protocol by way of Decree 2007-1453 of 9 October 2007. It was published in the Official Journal No. 237 of 12 October 2007.
