Amending Protocol to Individual Income Tax Treaty between Guernsey and Poland Signed

On 19 May 2022, officials from Guernsey and Poland signed an amending protocol to the 2013 individual income tax treaty between the two jurisdictions. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
