Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán reportedly issued Decree No. 1558/2019 at the end of September 2019, which authorizes the Ministry of Finance to sign an amending protocol to the 1992 income tax treaty with Pakistan. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
