Luxembourg's Ministry of Finance has announced the signing of an amending protocol to the pending 2007 income and capital tax treaty with Kuwait on 25 March 2021. The protocol amends the treaty to bring it in line with minimum BEPS standards and the standards for information exchange. Both the protocol and the treaty will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
