According to a recent update from the Guernsey government, officials from Guernsey and Ireland signed an amending protocol on 8 December 2021 to the 2009 income tax treaty between the two jurisdictions. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
