Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty between Brazil and China Signed

According to a release from China's State Taxation Administration, an amending protocol to the 1991 income tax treaty with Brazil was signed on 23 May 2022. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
