The Bulgarian Ministry of Finance has announced the signing of an amending protocol to the 2010 income and capital tax treaty with Germany on 21 July 2022. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and include changes to bring it in line with the OECD BEPS standards. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
