Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty between Luxembourg and Romania Signed

On 6 December 2022, officials from Luxembourg and Romania signed an amending protocol to the 1993 income and capital tax treaty between the two countries. The protocol is the second to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
