Austria and Singapore have signed an amending exchange of notes in order to update Article 25 (Exchange of Information) of the Austria - Singapore Income Tax Treaty (2001), as amended by the 2009 protocol. The exchange of letters were signed by Austria on 3 September 2012 and by Singapore on 16 October 2012.
