The State Administration of Taxation in China (People's Rep.) has announced, by Notice (Guo Shui Fa [2006] No. 126) that Art. 11(3) of the China-Canada tax treaty of 12 May 1986 has been amended, effective 18 August 2006, to reflect a change in the name of the "Canadian Export Development Corporation" to "Export Development Canada".
