According to a release from the Andorran government, officials from Andorra and Lithuania met on 8 November 2022 to discuss the strengthening of existing cooperation between the two countries and agreed to explore the possibility of negotiating an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
