Angola published Law no. 27/22 in the Official Gazette on 22 August 2022, which amends the withholding tax rate on services provided by legal persons without a head office, effective management, or permanent establishment in Angola (i.e., non-residents). This includes a reduction in the rate from 15% to 6.5% with effect from 1 January 2023.
