Angola Publishes Release on Recovery of VAT paid on the Purchase of Goods and Services by Economic Agents

Angola's tax administration published a press release on 16 October 2019 concerning the recovery of VAT paid on the purchase of goods and services by economic agents under the country's new VAT regime, which took effect 1 October 2019 and replaces the consumption tax. The release includes that:
