According to a release from Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials from Angola and Ukraine met on 25 October 2024 to discuss bilateral relations, including the possibility of concluding an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
