Annual Tax Act 2007 and Bill on implementation of European company approved by Federal Council

On 24 November 2006, the Federal Council (Bundesrat) approved the Annual Tax Act 2007 (Jahressteuergesetz 2007) and the Bill on "Tax Measures accompanying the Introduction of the European Company and for the Change of other Tax Regulations" (Gesetz über steuerliche Begleitmassnahmen zur Einführung der europäischen Gesellschaft und zur Änderung weiterer steuerlicher Vorschriften, SEStEG).
