The EU Council will reportedly add Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, and the Seychelles to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions (Annex I) during an upcoming meeting scheduled for 17 October 2023. Further, the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, and the Marshall Islands are to be Removed.
