Argentina has published Decree 833/2020 of 30 October 2020, which extends the deadline for taxpayers to apply for the tax regularization scheme introduced by Law No. 27.541 and expanded by Law No. 27.542. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the deadline to apply for the scheme is extended from 31 October 2020 to 30 November 2020 and the deadline for the first installment is extended from 16 December 2020 to 16 January 2021 for certain taxpayers.
