Argentina has published General Resolution 5736/2025, which provides for the further suspension of the initiation of collection lawsuits and the application of enforced collection measures for non-profit entities and taxpayers in the healthcare sector. The suspension, previously provided to 31 July 2025 by General Resolution 5628/2024, is now extended to 31 December 2025.
