Argentina has published General Resolution 4868/2020 of 27 November 2020, which extends the suspension of the initiation of prosecution proceedings for the collection of taxes to 31 December 2020. The suspension was originally provided to 30 June 2020 in response to COVID-19 and subsequently extended multiple times, with a prior extension to 30 November 2020.
