Argentina Introduces Additional Export Duty Through 2020

On 4 September 2018, Argentina published Decree 793/2018 in the Official Gazette, which provides for an export duty of 12% on the export of all goods included in the tariff positions of the Common Nomenclature of Mercosur (Nomenclatura Común del Mercosur - NCM) until 31 December 2020.
