On 31 July 2017, Argentina published Decree No. 588/2017 in the Official Gazette to provide an exemption for financial leasing companies. In particular, the Decree provides an exemption for accounts used exclusively by companies whose main objective is the conclusion of leasing contracts, including with respect to the movement of funds directly linked to the financing business.
