Argentina has published Decree 37/2019 of 14 December 2019 in the Official Gazette, which is effective from that date and removes the cap of 4 pesos per U.S. dollar of the taxable value of the FOB price on exports in relation to the additional 12% duty on the export of goods that was introduced by Decree 793/2018.
