Argentina has published Resolution (ANSES) 278/2025 in the Official Gazette, which updates the monthly minimum and maximum basis for social security contributions as follows:
- minimum salary: ARS 105,857.99; and
- maximum salary: ARS 3,440,334.99.
The new gross salaries are effective from 1 August 2025. The minimum and maximum basis amounts apply in relation to the employee portion of social security contributions, which amount to 17% of gross salary.
