Argentina has published Resolution 30/2020 of 15 January 2020, which suspends the processing of applications for the incentive regime for the promotion of the knowledge economy. The regime was introduced by Law 27.506 and regulated by Decree 708/2019 of 15 October 2019 ({News-2019-10-23/A/2-previous coverage}). The suspension is due to a change in the competent authority for handling applications. The processing of applications will resume after new regulations are issued.
