Armenia Approves Multilateral Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information

On 13 September 2023, the Armenian parliament approved the law for the ratification of the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA provides for the exchange of financial account information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Armenia intends to begin CRS exchange by 2025.
