On 23 May 2018, the Armenian parliament approved the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Israel. The treaty, signed 25 July 2017 ({News-2018-02-05/T/5-previous coverage}), is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
