Aruba's Tax Department has issued a notice on profit tax returns for 2021, which are being sent out to taxpayers in the coming weeks. The notice provides that the last day for the submission of returns and the payment of profit tax for the year 2021 is 31 May 2022. However, if taxpayers are unable to complete their final return, a provisional return must be submitted by this deadline, with payment, and the final return will be due by 30 November 2022.
