The Australian Treasury has launched a consultation on draft legislation for the implementation of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), which Australia Signed on 7 June 2017. The consultation runs through 23 February 2018.
