Austria Publishes Updated Transfer Pricing Guidelines

On 7 October 2021, Austria's Ministry of Finance published the updated Transfer Pricing Guidelines 2021, replacing the prior 2010 guidelines. The guidelines have been updated taking into account transfer pricing developments in recent years, including those resulting from the BEPS project and the 2017 OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
