Azerbaijan Ratifies Pending Tax Treaty with Morocco

On 13 July 2018, Azerbaijan published the law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Morocco, which was signed by the president on 29 June. The treaty, signed 5 March 2018 ({News-2018-04-24/T/5-previous coverage}), is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
