Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan Conclude Tax Treaty Negotiations

Azerbaijan's State Tax Services has announced the conclusion of the first round of negotiations for a new income tax treaty on 2 May 2025, with agreement reached on most of the treaty provisions. The treaty must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, would replace the 1996 tax treaty between the two countries.
