The BVI International Tax Department announced that all Reporting Financial Institutions (FIs) other than Trustee Documented Trusts (TDTs) are required to complete their FATCA and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) filings by 31 May 2019. TDTs with reportable CRS accounts must comply with their reporting obligations for 2018 by 28 June 2019.
