According to a release from the Bangladesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials from Bangladesh and Mexico met on 27 September 2021 to discuss bilateral issues, including the conclusion of an MoU in the area of double taxation. It is expected that such an MoU would lead to the conclusion of an income tax treaty.
