Belarus Confirms Termination of Tax Treaty with Ukraine

The Belarus Ministry of Taxes and Duties issued a release on 21 February 2023 confirming the termination of the 1993 income and capital tax treaty with Ukraine. The release states that Belarus has received notification from Ukraine on the decision to terminate the treaty and, considering the notification, the treaty ceased to apply on 1 January 2023.
