On 3 August 2020, the Belarus House of Representatives (lower house of parliament) approved a draft bill authorizing the accession of the Republic of Belarus to the amending protocol to the CIS Mutual Assistance Agreement, which includes amendments regarding the electronic exchange of information for tax purposes.
