Belarus has published Edict No. 92 of 12 March 2020, which introduces incentives for electric vehicles. For corporate income tax purposes, the incentives include that the acquisition cost of electric vehicles and battery power chargers may be deducted in full in the year of acquisition. For value added tax purposes, the incentives include an exemption on the import of electric vehicles and battery power chargers for use in Belarus.
