Belarus Ratifies Pending SSA with Poland

Belarus has published Law 238-Z of 17 October 2019, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Poland. The agreement, signed 13 February 2019, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
