Belarus Ratifies Pending TIEA with Sudan

Further to the ratification of the pending tax treaty with Sudan, Belarus on 26 July 2019 published Law No. 228-3 for the ratification of the pending tax information exchange agreement with Sudan. The agreement, signed 10 December 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
