According to a release from Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, the Council of Ministers has approved an extension of certain targeted COVID-19 relief measures until 31 December 2021, including the 6% reduced VAT rate for masks and hydroalcoholic gels. The release also notes that it was agreed to definitively end measures for COVID-19 on 1 January 2022.
