On 10 November 2021, the Belgian parliament approved the bill that phases out the deductibility of costs incurred for company vehicles, especially vehicles with CO2 emissions. As previously reported, the measures include the following:
- The deduction of fuel costs for hybrid vehicles will be limited to 50% for vehicles purchased, leased, or rented (acquired) from 1 January 2023, while charging costs remain 100% deductible;
