Belgium Confirms End of Tolerance Period for E-Invoicing

Belgium's Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has issued a release confirming that the three-month tolerance (grace) period for the new e-invoicing requirements has ended. From 1 January 2026, all VAT-registered companies established in Belgium are required to send and receive structured e-invoices to each other (B2B) via the Peppol network.
